Refund policy
We aim to ensure every customer has a smooth and joyful shopping experience. If you face any issues with your order, please review our return and refund guidelines below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You can request a return or replacement only if:
✔ Damaged Product Received
The item arrives broken, dented, cracked, or not functioning.
✔ Wrong Product Delivered
The delivered product does not match your order.
✔ Missing Parts / Incomplete Product
Essential components or accessories are missing.
Note: Items damaged due to improper use are not eligible.
2. Mandatory Unboxing Video
A clear unboxing video is required for any return, replacement, or refund approval.
Unboxing Video Rules:
- Start recording before opening the parcel
- Show the parcel from all sides including the shipping label
- Record the entire unboxing in one continuous shot
- Capture the issue clearly (damage, wrong item, missing parts)
Requests without an unboxing video will not be approved.
3. Return Window
You must request a return within 48 hours of receiving the product.
After 48 hours, no return requests will be accepted.
4. Refund Process
Refunds are issued only after:
- Your return request is approved
- The product is picked up
- Verification is completed by our team
Refund Method:
Original payment mode or store credit (as preferred).
Refund Timeline:
Typically 5–7 working days after verification.
5. Replacement Policy
If the item is available in stock, we will process a replacement after receiving and verifying the returned product.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled only before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
