1. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. Shipping Time
Delivery timelines vary depending on your location:
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Non-Metro Cities: 5–7 business days
- Remote / Rural Areas: 7–10 business days
Delays may occur due to weather, festivals, or courier issues.
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are displayed at checkout.
- For some products or promotional periods, free shipping may be available.
- In certain cases, delivery charges may be applied by the courier partner at the time of delivery (where applicable).
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
- A tracking number

You can track your order anytime until delivery.
5. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Nibrastoys is not responsible for failed deliveries due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Unreachable phone number
- Customer unavailable to receive the parcel
In such cases, the order may be returned to us by the courier partner.
Re-shipping charges may apply for delivery attempts again.
6. Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Items
If you receive:
- A damaged product
- A wrong item
- A package with missing parts
You must provide a valid unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Returns and replacements follow our Return & Refund Policy.
7. Delivery Delays
We strive for timely delivery, but Nibrastoys is not liable for delays caused by:
- Courier service issues
- Natural events (rain, flood, etc.)
- High-volume seasons (festivals, sales)
8. International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
We deliver only within India.
